Cancellations and refunds
This website provides information and contact facilities and does not process payments. This page explains how to raise a cancellation, return or refund issue concerning a transaction arranged separately with the business. Entitlement depends on the actual transaction, its agreed terms and applicable law; submitting an enquiry does not create a payment to refund.
1. Website enquiries and separate payments
Browsing information about indoor trampoline visits and preparing a draft do not create a payment to refund. This website does not process ticket purchases, event deposits or card payments. If you separately agreed and paid for a RioMar Kennedy visit or event, a cancellation or refund question concerns that actual arrangement and the party that accepted the payment. Keep the confirmation, agreed inclusions and payment record together so the question can be identified accurately.
2. Check the terms before committing
Before committing to a visit or gathering at RioMar Kennedy, establish the date, session, participant arrangements, price and relevant cancellation or change conditions. An enquiry about a preferred date does not hold that date, and an event photograph does not establish a package’s inclusions. This page does not invent a universal cancellation period, declare deposits automatically non-refundable or remove rights applicable to the actual transaction. Clarify any uncertainty in the proposed arrangement before paying.
3. How to explain your request
A request should identify the visit or event, the agreed date, the payment or booking reference and the change or remedy you are seeking. Explain whether the issue concerns cancellation, a date change, an incorrect charge or the service provided. Keep supporting correspondence. Do not put children’s identifying details, full card numbers, banking passwords or security codes into the general enquiry. A locally prepared draft is not acknowledgement that a request has reached its recipient.
4. Deposits, reservations and work already performed
Questions about an event deposit, reserved space, a changed group size or services already supplied require the conditions and records of that particular RioMar Kennedy arrangement. The reason for a proposed deduction or refusal should be explained against those conditions and the rights that apply. The website does not establish an automatic retention percentage or decide whether a particular deposit must be returned. Obtain the relevant transaction-specific explanation and retain the records if the matter remains unresolved.
5. Faults, incomplete performance and incorrect charges
If an item appears defective, a service differs from what was agreed, or a charge is duplicated or incorrect, describe the discrepancy and any evidence that helps identify it. A remedy might involve correction, repair, replacement, cancellation or repayment, depending on the circumstances and applicable rights. Do not assume that a website notice removes a warranty or statutory remedy. Where an issue presents an immediate safety concern, stop the affected use and seek appropriate assistance.
6. Returning items and arranging an approved refund
Before sending an item back, establish the correct recipient, return address and any practical instructions relevant to that transaction. Keep evidence of dispatch or handover. Where repayment is agreed or required, confirm the amount, method and expected processing arrangements through the verified contact channel. Banking and payment-provider processing can affect when funds appear. The applicable agreement and law determine any required payment deadline and permitted deductions; ask for an explanation if the amount or processing arrangements are unclear.
7. Third-party transactions and unresolved concerns
A manufacturer, finance provider, insurer, marketplace or other seller may have separate responsibilities under its own agreement. Identify the relevant party rather than assuming that every payment mentioned in correspondence was made to this website's operator. Keep your supporting records if a question remains unresolved and explain which point still needs attention. Nothing on this page prevents you from using statutory remedies, a competent consumer authority or a dispute process available for the transaction.
